If the Gateway Arch was built on the banks Downtown would it make our skyline more ugly or beautiful?

As the title states, I take my dog for a walk every day and we walk by a house that has grass almost as tall as the fence and we have seen at least 5 dogs (maybe more) in their backyard (they bark at us when we walk by). I have never seen the owner of the home/dogs home and I walk at various times during the day (morning/afternoon/night). I don’t see the dogs out every time, but nevertheless, that high of grass can’t be good for them either.
Is there someone I can call? What would you do?
I live in St. Louis county if that means anything.

All this is sufficiently unphilosophical and in several cases ridiculous.  
In the Sacred Writings, three heavens only are mentioned, the first is the atmosphere, what appears to be intended by רקיע rakia, the firmament or expansion, Gen. 1.6. The second is the starry heaven; where are the sun, moon, planets, and stars, but these two are often expressed in the one term שמים [ShahMahYeeM, “skies”] shamayim, the two heavens, or expansion; and in Gen. 1.17 they appear to be both expressed by רקיע השמים, rakia hashamayim, the firmament of heaven. And, thirdly, the place of the blessed, or the throne of the divine glory probably expressed by the words שמים השמים shamayim hashamayim; the heaven of heavens.  
Much more may be seen in Schoetgen, who has exhausted the subject; and who has shown that ascending to heaven, or being caught up to heaven, is a form of speech among the Jewish writers, to express the highest degree of inspiration.” (Adam Clarke, 1831, VI pp. 351-352)

[v] Socinianism is a form of Antitrinitarianism, named for Laelius Socinus (died 1562 in Zürich) … one of the founders of a religious society that had to operate secretly in order to avoid persecution. In 1574 the Socinians, who referred to themselves as Unitarians, issued a "Catechism of the Unitarians," in which they laid out their views of the nature and perfection of the Godhead, as well as other principles of their group.  
The group became more widely known in Poland and began to prosper, opening colleges and publishing literature, until 1638, when the Socinians were banished from Poland by the Catholics.  
Socinians held views rooted in rationality only and rejected orthodox teachings on the Trinity and on the divinity of Jesus, as summarised in the Racovian Catechism. They also believed that God's omniscience was limited to what was a necessary truth in the future (what would definitely happen), and did not apply to what was a contingent truth (what might happen). They believed that, if God knew every possible future, human free will was impossible; and as such rejected the "hard" view of omniscience. They are to be differentiated from Arians, who believed in a preexistent Christ. The Socinians held that the Son of God did not exist until he was born a man.  
The Socinians congregated especially in Transylvania, in Poland …and in the Netherlands. They were driven from their seat at Raków in 1643.  
Socinianism is considered to be an antecedent or early form of Unitarianism and the term is still used today to refer to the belief that Jesus did not preexist his life as a human.  
Note: In Christianity, Socinianism is also called Psilanthropism, the presumed etymology of "psilanthropism" stems from the Greek psilo (merely, only) and anthropos (man, human being).  
Psilanthropism was rejected by the ecumenical councils, especially in the First Council of Nicaea, which was convened to deal directly with this. Beliefs similar to those of Socinianism continue today in Christian groups such as the Christadelphians and the Church of the Blessed Hope.

An Amateur's Journey Through the Bible

So I requested an express replacement for my 12 Mini and as with all other interactions I’ve had with Apple Support, it’s been a frustrating mess. I got one answer, checked back in and got told something else, checked back again and got told there’s no note of anything previously. I did a little research to see if any stores had it in stock and found out the 12 Mini was discontinued so I reached out to support again to see if it was even possible to have it replaced. They assured me they still had them and it was just currently out of stock. Finally got direct contact with a customer relations guy who told me on Thursday that they did have product coming in that afternoon and it would ship in the next day or two. I gave it a couple extra days because of the holiday weekend, and still nothing. It’s been two weeks now, how long am I expected to play this game? Why does the answer change literally every single time I reach out to support? Either you still have the phone, or you don’t. And if you don’t, you need to come up with a reasonable solution because I’m paying for Apple Care+. If you can’t provide the service I’m paying for, why are you still taking my money?
I’m venting but if anyone’s got a possible solution, I’m listening. I’m trying not to be a total dick to support because I know they don’t control when stock comes in, but it’s ridiculous that I’ve talked to them 5 times and gotten 5 different answers always contradicting the one before.

Hi guys, so I know little about this kind of stuff, so I'm going to attempt to regurgitate what some of the techs who have been out have told me. I have a very old house (built 1906, 2 story). My main floor HVAC is a typical system with a furnace in the basement and the outdoor unit on the roof. Works fine. My unit for upstairs is a 3-ton York package unit (does heating/cooling in one unit I guess?). It was manufactured in 2006, I believe. I bought the house last summer and it worked great. I upgraded a bunch of things in my house, including little things like getting what I thought were better filters.
The return, which is in the ceiling and directly below the unit, is 24"x24"x1" (that's the filter size, I assume I could add a thicker one in the swing grate that opens from the ceiling). The previous owners were using those standard cheap mesh filters that I can basically stick my fingers through. I bought some MERV10 filters and not long after, my unit had major performance issues. I had multiple companies out to look, which sucks ass because you need a 40ft ladder to access my roof, and they charge quite a bit just for that. The most recent techs that came out peeked into my attic crawlspace and confirmed 6" diameter flexible duct. All of my (11) supply vents are in the ceiling, and that level of the house is roughly 1425 square feet. At this point my AC had been set to 70 degrees for a week and it had not gotten below ambient outdoor temps in that level of my house, so around 77-78 degrees. Our bedrooms are all on that floor, so it was miserable.
The techs got on the roof and said there was such a massive block of ice on the condenser that you could keep a cooler full of beer chilled for a week. They came back 2 days later after it had thawed. I was not low on refrigerant, which had also been confirmed by a previous company. They could find no mechanical defects and the ductwork and return weren't leaky from what they could tell. He told me to ditch the MERV10 filters (they're really thick) because those are probably choking the system from pulling in enough return air.
The issue is, since they found nothing to fix other than changing filters, they told me to leave the system off during the day and turn it on at night, and that leaving it set (to ~72 degrees) 24/7 would cause it to freeze. That presents two problems. One, my wife works from home several days a week and her office is upstairs. Two, we live in St. Louis, MO, where it gets hotter and more humid than hell throughout the whole summer. turning it off and letting it become 80 F upstairs makes it so that it'll never get down to a comfortable temperature fast enough for us to sleep comfortably. I have a Nest so I can program a schedule if needed. Since I changed the filter, I have been turning it off during the day (well, setting it to 78) and then it is set to come down to 70 starting at 6:30 PM. Each day that I've done this (a week so far, it's been in the low 90s out) it is able to cool down to 70 by about midnight.
Do I really need to keep the system off half the day? Was a filter really causing this much havoc? I feel like someone HAS to be missing something. Hell, I'm at the point where I'll pay out of pocket for a whole new damn unit but the most recent tech told me that wouldn't fix the problem!
If more info is needed, I'll get what I can when I get home. I can't get on the roof but I do have some drone shots of the unit from the inspection.

EDIT: I think the old mesh filters are MERV 3 but not sure. Google images looks about right for that.

My boyfriend is moving back to Boulder from Denver this August, and it's required me to think deeply about whether I see myself joining him to close the gap on our long distance relationship.
I'm in St. Louis, and the prevailing opinion of others seems to be that Boulder >>>>>> STL, but I'm not convinced! I love STL. The COL, the neighborhoods, the food scene, the sports, the museums, the diversity, and this is a non-popular opinion, but I've always felt like I need to be in a city with a little grittiness. I know Boulder has obvious upper hands in terms of the nature, the safety, and the weather. I just don't know if my interests align enough with Boulder interests...
So my question is, To what extent is Boulder a monolith of health and fitness culture? No shade, truly. I stay fit and mobile, it's just not a primary hobby of mine or a core pillar of my identity. Will I find a pocket of people who also have little to no interest in skiing, climbing, yoga, cycling, etc.?
And look, it's not like I have super esoteric interests. I like to hang out with my dog, cook, read, laugh at comedians, learn something new from a podcast, tend to indoor plants, have deep conversation over dinner and drinks, and stream a movie or show. But, I'm genuinely concerned there's a possibility I feel marginalized due to the obvious outdoorsy-ness of the city.
Any thoughts/perspectives appreciated!
