With the First Order finally gone, and the Jedi's return about 20 years later, the Republic is doing well for itself, finally. A time of prosperity has finally come for the people, with a Republic that actually is doing well. For a little while.
First, it was the Empire. Remnants of the Empire and First Order, grouping together under someone who claims to be Darth Vader Reborn.
And then, it was the Cult. An ancient group of Sith and Mandalorians, following a leader who seems to only have one goal; destroy the Republic.
And in the middle of it all.... Holo communication comes to the various Smugglers and Outcasts of the Galaxy, from Jedi and Sith outcasts to Scoundrels and even the common civilian who needs the money. A simple job really. Steal a Datapad from a compound. What could go wrong?
This is a server meant to end my long hiatus from Star Wars RPs, but also group RPs in general. An EXTREMELY simple server with high amounts of freedom of choice, where the story adapts to the main characters' (the group) choices. This is meant to let more simple and maybe even inexperienced or older RPers like me to have a simple, fun way to do things without worrying about bots or any other newer, complicated things we don't have the experience to understand. Age and Literacy isn't really specific, though I do ask nobody below 15 joins. 1) saber o porquê do nofap link do meu exemplo: Ter a sua razão para nofap
saber pq vc está fazendo nofap é de extrema importância, pq toda vez q vc vier dando uma desculpinha na sua mente falando "velho não custa nada pô! vc só vai bater uma vezinha... ahhh mano... quero tanto ver aquela mina peitudo gostosa gatinha linda! caramba velho, vc está cansado hj, mano, amigo!, vc teve um dia ruim, vamos relaxar??" nessas horas é bom vc ler o seu porque! por que estou fazendo nofap? eu tenho uma razão maior, bem maior do que sentir bem por 5 min e depois me sentir um bostinha... tristinho...
2) o poder das afirmações link do meu exemplo: Poder das afirmações
bem vcs já leram aquele livro The Secret? aquele q fala q se vc afirmar todo dia q vai ficar rico, um dia vai ficar rico! bem isso tem um poder muito grande! muito grande mesmo! só do cérebro ficar ouvindo aquilo todo dia isso entra na sua mente... repita todo dia olhando no espelho "eu consigo parar de ver porno... eu não preciso de porno... eu sou homem!" entre outras afirmações, isso vai deixar a sua mente muito forte!
3) O famoso método fácil do Allen Carr link do meu exemplo: Método fácil do Allen Carr
o método fácil do Allen Carr é uma forma de fazer vc entender q vc não precisa de determinada coisa pra viver. no caso ele criou isso aqui pra parar de fumar... ele fala q no caso de cigarro, a dependência química passa em uma semana, o resto é dependência psicológica. essa dependência psicológica q te faz pensar q sem o cigarro vc não consegue viver! e esse mesmo método pode ser usado pra qlqr coisa q vc esteja viciado! QUALQUER COISA... essa listinha acima eu usei há uns 3 anos atrás... eu lia todo dia, pra me convencer q não preciso de pornografia pra viver a vida! infelizmente só isso não funcionou pra mim, tive q adicionar diversas outras coisas na minha vida! mas me ajudou bem naquela época!
4) Reconhecer e lidar com todas as suas emoções
falei sobre sentimentos neste post: Importância de aceitar e reconhecer todas suas emoções
percebi q qnd são coisas ruins, sentimentos, emoções desagradáveis, em alguns momentos dói tanto, que eu acabo dando uma recaída. sempre foi assim nos anos q estou fazendo nofap. então a mensagem q quero deixar é a importância de lidar e aceitar todas as suas emoções, sejam boas ou ruins. por exemplo pode aparecer algo dos seus pais ou família, quando vc era pequeno vc se sentia assim assado. solitário etc. se vc faz PMO há muito tempo, quando vc sentir essas coisas, pode ser tão desagradável q vc vai acabar ficando com medo, e vai dar uma recaída. depois q vc recair vc vai estar menos sensível e não vai sentir essas emoções. uso dois meios de lidar com as emoções: DIÁRIO E MEDITAÇÃO.
4-A) Escrever um diário sobre tudo que voce sente
Esta é uma boa forma de vc lidar com todos os seus sentimentos. quando vc escreve é muito importante vc não se julgar e não se "dar bronca". vc deve escrever da forma q vier na sua mente. mesmo q sejam coisas ruins, vc deve escrever tudo em um papel, TUDO! ou digitado tb funciona, mesmo q for coisa do tipo, "ah aquele cara é um desgraçado! pq meu amigo, mãe, pai, irmão falou isso pra mim? não gostei. hoje estou me sentindo assim assado, queria fazer isso aquilo da minha vida!" tipo isso. dessa forma vc tem uma forma de lidar com os seus sentimentos profundos, conforme vc deixa as coisas saírem vc fica mais leve!
4-B) fazer meditação Minhas meditações em inglês, Tradução das meditações
bem mano, pra quem está me acompanhando aqui nesta sub, já sabe o quanto eu falo de meditação... mas é pq depois de 5 anos tentando foi a meditação a virada de chave pra mim!!! bem percebi q tem muita gente q com meditações curtas já tem diferença... mas tipo assim pra mim só mudou tudo e eu consegui chegar em quase 2 meses depois q comecei fazer meditação da kundalini yoga e fazer sessões de até 45 min pra mais!! a meditação te ajuda a apenas observar todos os seus sentimentos... tudo na sua mente, vc aprende a não reagir. então por exemplo a sua mente fala
"véi, vamos ver aquele videozinho de orgias só um pouquinho? velho é tão bom mano???!!! vamos ver por favor! só um pouquinho... cara.... assim fico triste. se não vai me ouvir? não vai clicar no video não? por favor amor! mano!! eu te imploro clica no video, to doido pra ver aquela mulher pelada, vc quer não quer?"
com a meditação vc aprende a não reagir a isso. a sua mente fica lá tentando de chantagear e vc não reage, vc não faz nada. vc fica lá parado só observando... é isso meus prezados senhores! o quanto a meditação ajuda e muito!

ESTRATÉGIAS FÍSICAS
5) banho gelado
o famoso banho gelado q muitos falam. muitos youtubers gringos e brasileiros tambem falam disso! é muito bom mesmo! enquanto vc fica lá preso na sua cabecinha, o banho gelado te dá um choque! e daí vc acaba esquecendo das merdinhas q sua mente estava falando, tentando te chantagear! o banho gelado te ajuda a ficar mais forte! tinha uma época q eu morava no exterior, foi qnd comecei a tentar nofap, era uma país bem frio no inverno, zero graus. eu tomava um banho super quente, agua pelando, e depois pegava a água fria da torneira! devia estar uns 5 graus a água! me dava um grau, e depois do banho geladão vc se sente o dono do mundo!
6) exercício físico
Conforme vc fica sem porno, sem ejacular, sem masturbação, toda essa energia se acumula em vc.... E tem q liberar ela de algum jeito custe o q custar! Se vc não liberar essa energia vai começar se sentir doido.... Essa é a importância do exercicio fisico diário!
6-A) exercicio aeróbico, corrida
eu comecei a fazer exercicio de corrida nos ultimos dois meses. pra mim considero o segundo mais importante da lista! sempre tive preguiça de fazer exercicio, sempre fui muito sedentário, mas foi por isso q falhei pra caralho durante todos esses anos de nofap! depois de engordar e começar sofrer de dor física comecei a fazer mais exercicio! corrida pra mim é essencial, pq qnd vc faz corrida vc movimento o corpo todo, vc faz todo o seu sangue circular, além de liberar endorfina e ser uma forma de vc liberar a energia da tensão do corpo! é perfeito mano! eu faço corrida de manhã e me sinto bem o dia todo!
6-B) musculação
musculação tambem é muito bom, é bom pq qnd vc começa a acumular toda aquela tensão no corpo de não gozar, a musculação se torna uma forma de vc extravazar essa energia. e cara, se vc deixar essa energia presa no seu corpo, adivinhem? vc vai recair. a energia vai ficar presa em vc... e vc vai se sentir muito tenso, e de tenso vc pode ficar depressivo!!!!
6-C) kundalini yoga
eu falei de meditação lá em cima. essa meditação faz parte da kundalini yoga. eu fiz um pouco dessa yoga, me senti muito bem, fiz durante uns 3 meses, depois eu continuei fazendo apenas a meditação!

Starting to get pretty agitated at this. Got double charged yesterday morning. Noticed it and called back that afternoon. They told me the lady that can help will be there tomorrow morning (this was yesterday) and she’d call me. I waited till about 10am and called up there. They said she just got there and will call back when she got settled. Received no call by 2pm so I called back. Then someone else answers and tells me she’s not there right now but will call back. Almost 4pm now and I’m tempted to call again.
Am I being too pushy or is the pushiness justified? Green fee was $60 that they charged twice.

I got banned in my latest game due to "leaving the game" i lost the connection to steam and when i tried to go back in the match i got errors. when i finally did get back in after restarting steam and csgo a couple of times it was to late and now im banned due to "afk/leaving" until "05 Jun 2023, 06:24 GMT+2" (8 hours) i would be extremly happy if i you could remove the ban since the reason was something i could not do anything about.

I’ve been on my self improvement journey for about a 4-5 months and have been making good progress in that time, but lately I have found myself in a rut. Lately I have not really been doing much. My daily routine consist of waking up around 10am, reading, tanning, watching tv, working out, reading again, then smoking some weed and finishing off the night with some 2k and going to bed at around 12-2. As you can see I am not really doing much throughout the day socially or physically, I am not sad nor upset with this lifestyle, I am quite happy and at peace. But I feel something is missing, and I feel like i’m being a bum. I was wondering is there anything to help with this? or is there anything I can do to make me feel more whole?
