Elden ring farm runes

my PC has a Ryzen 7 5800x with an RTX 3070 and a Phanteks Revolt Pro 1000w PSU; I know my power supply can handle these components just fine, but I’m a bit confused on how the power consumption works
the 5800x has a max TDP of 105w, but I can’t seem to read anything like that on HWInfo64, and all the wattages displayed there add up well beyond 105w. under Cinebench, the Package Power of the CPU is anywhere between 70-80w alone.
under an Elden Ring gaming load I took a screenshot and saw a Package Power of 48w, individual Core Powers were between 1-3.5w, Core Power SVI2 TFN was 20w, SoC was 13w, Core + SoC was 33w, and PPT was 47w
when you add these numbers up, they go beyond 105w, and on idle, all the readings on HWInfo listed above add up to around 91w… so I assume I’m misunderstanding the TDP reading? if so, is there a “max” wattage for the 5800x?
for now, since I didn’t want to manually undervolt, I turned Eco Mode 65w on so my max PPT is 87w. is Package Power the closest thing to TDP? because when under both gaming and Cinebench, it gets fairly close to 105w. temps are fine btw, cool 50-60 in games; can anyone tell me if my power draw for the CPU seems fine and what I’m missing?
(combined with the gpu power draw, total was about 350-400w in Elden Rinf; and even when adding all the maximum wattages together, it came out at 705w, so I’m not encroaching on my max psu wattage)

Posting here because I couldn't find other people talking about it when I was curious about the subject.
Basically, a month ago I was using an open source driver on Linux Mint and was getting absolutely horrid performance with elden ring and Glorious Egrolls proton experimental. It was not playable so I shelved it, suspecting proton was the main problem at the time. Yesterday I checked and saw that Version 8 of proton was available I decided to give it another shot. Elden ring installed, opened and ran at 1990x1080 alright for a few minutes before my laptop crashed. Having the carrot of decent performance dangled, I restarted and decided to mess around with some different drivers and settings in hopes of playing it.
I found that the Nvidia 530, 525, and 510 drivers all loaded the game and ran, but do change the default resolutions. The 515 and 470 drivers would not load the game for me.
I also noticed significant performance dips when I deviated from the default resolution and quality settings, even when going to a smaller window where I would have though would have run better.
I unfortunately do not know the exact FPS, they do hover in the 60-90 range according to the steam tool when the launcher appears but then not in the actual game for some reason. If someone else has this problem with the FPS counter not showing up, I'd love to hear any possible solutions, thanks.
My laptop is a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming with;

I've been playing with a 1660 Ti for about 2 years now, and before then I was using dual 980s. After many years, I've finally decided that it's time to go back to top of the line gear (for the next year, if that), and was wondering if any of these parts needed to be changed around.
I am ordering off CyberpowerPC, as I don't trust myself to build it and don't mind the markup. Right now I'm only concerned with performance and if any of the parts I have listed are a bit overkill for the games I would like to play/develop, as I am also a game developer. Currently, I am playing Arma III, Project Zomboid, Team Fortress 2, and plan to pick up some games I couldn't run on the old one, like Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring, and Modern Warfare 2.

I just bought the game about a month ago and finished it today (I know i'm late) but I have to say it is now my favorite game of all time this shit better than Elden Ring to me. What do you guys think? I have yet to play the DLC is it just as good?

I am roleplaying as a Daedric character who is trying to escape her past and change her path for the better, seeking redemption. However, she still bears the touch of Molag Bal within her which she is trying to suppress.
I am using an Alternate Start where she has to escape prison from Oblivion (MMX452's additional starts for LAL), and have the mods Sinister Seven + Nightbringer pretending to be assassins of Molag Bal and other Daedric Princes hunting her down for treason. I have also included some Stendarr add-ons to have them hunt and attack my character for being Daedra, despite her wanting to change.
I am searching for a mod that will add the dark Daedric power she tries to suppress. I guess something like the Vampire Lord or Lich transformation, but without my character's appearance changing to a beast or skeleton, only small changes like fiery glowing eyes and getting wings, something that adds a sense of power but not completely changing it to a different model.
I got the inspiration from Malenia during her 2nd phase in Elden Ring and Kratos rage mode. Something to give my character a cool look and a burst of strength as a last stand when overwhelmed and about to die.
Does anyone have mod ideas that fit with this theme? Preferably not a vampire, I don't like the vampire mini-games like having to feed, weakness to sunlight and stuff like that, but I'll still take suggestions if it fits.

So I played gbo2 during the beta tests, and I have a few issue with keyboard such as during space battle controls arent really good, and also when there are like 8 weapons is almost impossible for me to switch to the right on time. So I tried out controller and the bottons mapping is just so much better, but my aim and everything slows down dramatically, since i really never played a controller game beside elden ring. I want to ask should i continue stick with keyboard or should I learn controller?

They are:
History, especially the 19th-20th century but with more broad and general knowedge in other time periods. I'm not an expert or anything but I am pretty passionate about it and tend to read/listen about one event or the other on a pretty regular basis.
Literature, especially old novels. I recently read Demian (my all time favourite book), Day of the Oprichnik, Heart of Darkness, the Perfume and Little Prince. Some of my other favourite works would include: "The Picture of Dorian Gray", "Faust part I" (need to get to part II) and "No Longer Human". I also like to write short stories and book reviews. I'd also really like to read the same book with someone and discuss it. I just started reading Grimm's fairy tales.
Languages. I know three, with one being a bit rusty. I'm currently working to scrape off the rust and then when I'm finished with that will begin to learn a fourth language. It's fun to go through different works in multiple languages. For example, I read the aforementioned Faust part I in all three.
Games. I recently played Cyberpunk 2077. Now that the dust has settled and the bugs mostly removed...It's not that bad! The main questline at least, Fallout 76 (Very average, I'm dissapointed with what they made the "RPG" system) and will try out Deus Ex Manking Divided again ( Got inspired since it's somewhat similar to Cyberpunk). I was waiting to play Elden Ring but it ended being too stressful for me. Go here and get beaten up go there and get beaten up, repeat...Besides that I'm a big fan of Paradox strategy games...like EU IV and HoI IV (also thinking of making my own project for HoI IV). I am definitely looking forward to try out Victoria III, after they add more content to it. I also got Modern Warfare 2, since the first MW had great multiplayer gameplay.
Anime and Manga. In recent times my interest has waned but I still watch the occasional series here and there. Like Cyberpunk Edgerunners (Which I found to be rather mediocre) and the very good new season of Bleach. Some other favourites include: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Death Note, Fate;Zero, Psycho Pass , Higurashi (season 2 is a bit weak but the first one is a masterpiece of horror), Code Geass, Attack on Titan and others. My favourite Manga is Berserk...I hope it gets a good ending..the first couple of new chapters were...a bit rough but the new author seems to have got his footing.
Anyway, that should be enough information to give you a good picture... Before I go, I would like to ask for you to include the title of the last book you read in your reply. A small request, I feel. I'll be ignoring those that don't.

So I’m almost ready for me and my friends to play the first session of the 5e campaign I’m working on, but I still need some help with the villain.
For some context the starting area is a Magical Forest Area littered with ruins and mystical plants and wildlife. But the area is controlled by a Demigod who seeks power from his many patrons of Archfey and Demons, so he’s been taking people and children who owe debts to the Kingdom and takes their shadows, senses, and organs in exchange for power. After the debtor perishes he sends them to his mad scientist’s laboratory for reanimating into an undead guard to join his minions and bounty hunters.
I’m a huge soulsborn fan so for concept I kinda want him to be like Godrick the grafted, but more regal than the old pathetic man from Elden Ring, but intend for him to appear too weak to his Patrons which results in him being ripped apart like the Shadow Man in Princess and the Frog. I’m not sure what his arena will look like so I was hoping you could help!
I want him to have a giant weapon that the Barbarian can use and I want him to get a dragonic mutation in the fight that results in a cursed item like a scaled ring or a dragon head that you can put on your hand for my friends Wizard.
