Since what would seem the last update I have been experiencing some crazy lag spikes every game, it's made it unplayable.
I have checked, ISP, speed tests, drivers, fiddled with in-game settings, gpu settings.
I even set every single setting of performance and the lowest possible video quality and still got the dang issue..
Now the only clue I have is that my ping (although always green) is always changing. I can literally watch the damn scoreboard and the number just goes up and down constantly. But when I put up a performance graph of latency, packet etc the numbers are constant...When I test on browser it all says I'm solid.
What the hell am I missing and how do I fix it... I'm so frustrated. I get very little time to play these days and it just keeps getting ruined by this damn issue.

I live in south Florida, and got a strange Ruth’s Chris order that I snapped up…generally anyone who can afford a dinner from there tips well. This order was strange though because it was going to take 13miles away during rush hour.
So I took the order, and it ended up taking about 40 mins to get out to the drop-off.

As the title suggests, I'm looking for some bridal shower games that I could pull from inspiration based on different board games! I have a few of the typical questionnaire-style games but I'm looking to also have some really fun creative games to really bring out the board gamer in me. I'm not planning on having any actual board games at the shower but rather looking to create some fun games inspired by our hobby games. Here's a list of some of the games ideas (excluding standard his/her questionnaire):

• Chronologically ordering pictures of my fiance and I
• Some type of game with inspiration from "The Newlywed Game"
• Jeopardy
• Scattergories (thinking of getting the guests to find words using our full names and LOVE as the starting letters and theme of the words would be marriage/wedding time or something)

I was trying to see if I could do any other spinoffs of party/word games but unsure!
Also I'm trying to create games that would have a clear winner and standardized boards/sheets for convenience of printing as I'll be giving our prizes to game winners!

I believe the title had something to do with the sounds/rhythms/ drums of Africa or was inspired by those things. I had it on vinyl and if I recall correctly there were no lyrics. The album cover was cream colored with a black and white image on the front. Pls help as I am convinced I made this all up.

Hello guys! I started my first playthrough a few days ago and after 10+ hours a was curious about the size of the whole map, so i checked a google image and I found out I already explored maybe 3/5 of the map or something. I feel like Im checking every corner and I mark every place on the map where I could possibly go later on. Everybody talked about 40-60hrs first playthough but I cant see myself play that long for my first time. I died a couple times to a few boss (especially Soul Master), it feels like to combat is so smooth and so good it almost makes the game easy for me. Most death was caused by enviroment (stupid spikes). Am I missing something special or am I just going fast because the game doesnt caused me any troule yet?

I just finish passing this course. At the current moment that I am writing this, I've searched the web pertaining to this class and found absolutely nothing. Also, by the time you get to take this test, it would probably be revamped. So I'm just sharing my experience here. I failed this test 3 times!!!! and passed on the 4th time. The test consisted of 44 questions with 120 minutes to do the test. The questions and answers on the test were LENGTHY. I always found myself running out of time between questions 25 to 30 and had to speed through the test to finish it in time. I've missed a lot of detail along the way because of that, so I failed.
I found that
-you have to know the difference between OUTPATIENT and INPATIENT and WHAT CAN BE USED TO CODE.
For example;
-labs and tests can't be used to code,
-only diagnosis noted by the physician (ICD-10-cm),
-procedures done (INPATIENT ICD-10-PCS or OUTPATIENT CPT {CPT is also known as HCPCS1}),
-what was used to do the procedure or to find the diagnosis (HCPCS {also known as HCPCS 2}),
- you can code SYMPTOMS if a diagnosis has not been found yet,
- You don't code symptoms if there is a diagnosis
- you can code the HISTORY OF THE PATIENT if it's relevant to the purpose of the visit, procedure, or diagnosis, for example, the patient has a history of alcoholism and was diagnosed with liver failure. so you would code liver failure, due to alcoholism.
-Outpatients don't code anything that states; RULE OUT, PROBABLE, POSSIBLE
-when it comes to coding multiple repairs; check in any repairs of the same classification (simple, intermediate, complex) grouped to the same anatomic area (body part). If so per CPT; The lengths of the repair should be ADDED TOGETHER and reported with a single, cumulative code. DO NOT!!!!!!!! combine wounds of DIFFERENT COMPLEXITY or that fall in SEPARATE anatomic areas.
- these are some of the things you can miss when speeding through it. Also, you must know the criminal penalties for, fraud, abuse, and waste. I mean these are some of the things I missed when speeding through it.

Don't worry though, I am back at a healthy weight. I am hovering around 73kg, but this time my challenge is to reach 65kg! I like playing street/floor hockey(rambled too much about my weight!). I'm a new fan of biking too! Did a 100km run this summer, we can be bike buddies too if you are in montreal!

If I'm not working out, I am either gaming, watch kdramas or animes, or just going out with friends for food.

I can be a homebody, but also someone that likes to go out! Another activity that I like is traveling so if we vibe,maybe one day we can travel together! I usally try to travel once a year. Had a streak going on, but covid destroyed it! For now, I have visited South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Saudia Arabia, Bangladesh and a few states in USA. Also the UK! Came back a week ago!

the last few weeks I've been recruiting (in agency) for some fully remote software engineering roles, and can only hire people with US work authorization. The vast majority of candidates applying, and that I am spending time doing phone screens with, have very similar backgrounds.

• most prior jobs being contract roles,
• terrible conversational skills (i.e. one word and dry answers, broken english, not even saying hello on the phone when I call at our scheduled time),
• only care about working remote- no other preferences in their job search,
• as I mainly use LinkedIn, I can see their profile pictures, and the majority appear to be of Asian descent or do not include a profile photo.
• locations are set to US cities, and they answer saying no sponsorship is required

I decided to run the phone numbers provided by the candidates I screened this week through a program that determines the phone provider / carrier.
Every. Single. One. Was a VoIP number through Skype.
Then I went through other applicants to my remote job posting that I had not yet called- majority are also VoIP Skype numbers.
Just to make sure I wasn't being delusional, I checked phone numbers of applicants to prior hybrid and on-site jobs (in Texas) as they all popped as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. Regular, actual carriers. So it's clearly not just a normal thing everyone is doing, using Skype VoIP numbers, it's contained mainly to this remote job.

Am I wrong to assume some of these candidates I am seeing apply are not *actually* living in the United States, and are using a VoIP number to simply make it look like they are, so they'll be hired? The hiring manager I am working with said this is a common thing now, which is where this idea came from, and he was pretty pissy that I was wasting his time with these candidates. Would it be wrong or even illegal to not set up phone screenings with candidates providing VoIP contact information, or to request an alternative method to do so (cellular provider or over a video interview)?

I went through an incident at a Denny's around 10 days ago and to this day nothing has been done about it.
The incident occurred Monday night at around 11:30 pm inside a Denny's location. I arrived at there at around 8:30 pm to eat dinner. The waitress who took me in at the front told me to leave my suitcase by the cashier's desk. By telling me this, I thought there was no way for me to eat without leaving my suitcase there so I didn't argue and left it to her care. She never mentioned that she wasn't responsible if it was lost, did not have a disclaimer sign or anything similar. I only saw this waitress twice as another one was the one who attended me the entire time I was there. Since I thought the suitcase was taken care of by the first waitress, I thought she would notify the other one who was attending me that it was mine. Plus, I ate my meal comfortably for around two hours and when I went to go pay, my suitcase was still there. I asked the waitress if I could charge my phone for another hour or so and she said it was fine. I sat down at another table because the one I originally sat in didn't have a charger outlet. I noticed my suitcase was visible to everyone that came in so I left my table and I was about to ask the waitress if she could hide it under the desk so it wasn't very visible. When I went to the reception area, it wasn't there anymore. I asked her where it was and she said another client told her it was theirs. She believed them because she asked them what the brand name was and he answered correctly. She did not ask what was inside, simply by the brand name she assumed it was his. When I realized this had happened, I called immediately to the police, filed a report and waited for them to arrive. A policeman arrived around 30 minutes later. He asked me more information about what was inside and how much the products inside were worth. His final statement was that the police would need to come back and check camera footage on Wednesday, given that was the day the manager would be present. I waited until Wednesday morning to check in and see if the police had come back. That's when I talked with the manager and she said no one had come. She advised me to leave the case as it was given that a similar theft had occurred before and nothing was solved. I still called to the police, to the non-emergency line, and I was told I would need a detective for my case. They provided me a phone number where I could contact them. I called them multiple time and no one answered. This is where I'm currently at with my case, without any solution for getting back my items, worth between $1800 and $2000, mainly because of a new iPad pro I had just bought. The other items that were inside were a few outfits, souvenir magnets from various placed I'd traveled to and a pair of shoes and sandals.
I want to know if I can sue the company in case the police doesn't get footage of the thief. I think I won't get my valuables back and I don't think it's fair this is happening to me given that I was never read a disclaimer before I went to go eat and by leaving my bag there I thought they would watch out for it.

Hello. Where to begin, first off, I’m in Michigan. In August 2020 my father-in-law was killed in a rollover UTV accident- the woman driving was severely intoxicated. Fast forward to today, her plea hearing is scheduled for early this summer, along with a trial. Our family did not press charges, at that time no one could even wrap their head around what was going on and has gone on since.
This woman has a 2 year old and recently just had her second child last fall, she actually violated her bond by drinking while pregnant. I have not spoken to the prosecutor myself yet but my mother-in-law has. He is claiming she might get off pretty much with a slap on the wrist and that her drinking while pregnant violating bond can’t be used in future court hearings. She’s not remorseful in the least. I’m just disgusted and need to figure out what options we have, I’m ready to do whatever possible to ensure justice is served. I am open to hiring council, private investigator, whatever needs to happen. Any advice from an attorney on next steps is welcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’m a new small business owner, launched my company a few months ago. For background purposes: it’s a wig company for women with hair loss.
I am a one woman show for now, so every aspect of the business is taken care of by me. I am super overwhelmed by social media marketing but I feel a constant pressure to produce quality content (IG, Facebook, TikTok) I am a creative, I have a million ideas and I definitely have a vision. My issue is having the time/energy to actually execute these ideas and also getting too in my head about the small details of a post. I also don’t have a defined strategy, other than following my instincts and doing what I see other companies doing.
My question is, if I were to hire someone on a freelance basis, what am I looking for? I don’t want to outsource completely as I am the face and voice of the brand. It’s also pretty niche content that requires a lot of knowledge on the subject. Is there such a role in social media marketing that offers strategy, planning, support and most of all, help executing? Any advice or guidance is appreciated.

Hello all, this happened a couple of months ago. My moms little dog got attacked and killed by her neighbors dogs, unprovoked. She was literally walking him, and BAM! I got the call from my hysterical mom saying that she needed to go to my vet (I’m a tech) and we had to euthanize because the damage was too bad. She decided against suing, but my vet did call animal control and she made a call to 911 to make a report. Ever since then, her neighbors have been terrible. Calling animal control on her other dog for being in the front yard because she was outside, making sure their kids are screaming and running around their yard with the dogs that killed hers. She’s afraid to go outside to walk her other pup because they still have their dogs outside unleashed. She has PTSD from it because she couldn’t do anything. Is there any way she could sue them for emotional damages? Her and my dad are constantly worried, and even carry a gun outside when they walk their other dog, just in case. I forgot to mention that my mom is now on anxiety meds and sleeping pills because she has panic attacks and can no longer sleep in relation to the incident.
