2023.05.28 18:06 Bright-Signature-441 25 yrs going for either B.E. IT in Jadavpur University or B.Tech CSE in University of Calcutta. Don't know what to do after so many gap years and being a very old student!
HELLO EVERYONE!
I passed high school in 2016 from West Bengal & I was trying to qualify NEET to get admission in a government medical college, but I didn't qualify for a government MBBS seat in all of my previous attempts. So, I also took WBJEE 2023 exam and recently they published the rank card and I got a rank under 110. So, after checking previous year ranks, I am sure I'll get into either Jadavpur University or University of Calcutta, but which one should I choose studying (educational_info: ) B.E. IT in Jadavpur University Or doing
B.Tech CSE from University of Calcutta?
Will it be difficult to get a good placement for me if I start my
B.tech now because I am too old and have so many gap years! I only went for college for a B.Sc. degree and spent 1 years in total in that college and during all the other years I kept on trying to crack NEET but I failed miserably. I have no option now other than studying engineering. So, which one should be best option for me?
I am already too old and during placement season if I can't even grab some good offers, I don't know what I'll do, my parents already know that I am a failure, relatives and all others always made fun of me because I failed and wasted so many years. I know that mass recruiters and few companies don't accept students with study gaps after high school, then what should I do?
Will I even get a good job offer if I worked hard during my time in either Jadavpur University or University of Calcutta? I don't know anyone who studied from these 2 universities, so I don't know much about them, I just know they are 2 of the best universities for engineering in my state. Will all companies always look down on me because I have so many gap years? What should I do? Ican't do
M.Tech because I am already an old man.
It feels like I am dying inside because of my pain and insecure future and literally everyone I know including myself hates me. I know I am an utter failure. Please tell me there's a way forward and please guide me on how to secure a good job. That's all I can ask. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING THIS. PLEASE HELP ME.

2023.05.28 18:04 bindbellum Logan 2.0 Fallacy (theory)
Many of the characters of the show (and audience) have this belief that the successor has to be Logan-like. A killer. I think this is huge misconception that ultimately will doom Kendall, Roman, and Shiv.
Logan was a trailblazer. He built a multinational conglomerate from nothing. To get to his level of success required aggression, fearlessness, intimidation, and a never-say-sorry attitude. Logan was a beast that carved out his own piece of the world.
Logan created the empire his throne sits in. A successor will just merely be sitting in that throne. Climbing the corporate ladder does not require the same set of skills that a trailblazer does. While the corporate landscape is competitive, it also requires degrees of agreeableness, diligence, commitment, and compromise. Your coworkers are better off as allies than enemies.
The kids have none of these qualities. In their attempt to embody Logan, they have made foolish mistakes, created enemies, and have been blinded by their own arrogance.
Tom will be CEO - not because he’s the hero or favorite, but because he’s palatable. He’s worked in various divisions of the company. He works hard, willing to make enormous sacrifices (his freedom, his marriage, his personal well-being) for the company, and is generally liked.
Think of Apple. Steve Jobs was a trailblazer, but accused of being a tyrant - mistreating staff and being self centered. Who took over his role? Tim Cook - not quite the visionary or force that Jobs was, but a well respected longtime employee of Apple. More Tom-like than Logan-like.
I suspect that Matsson will help usher Tom to the CEO role. He will win the vote from the board because (1) the kids, so bitter towards each other, will be unable to coordinate their votes against Tom, (2) the rest of the board would rather have Tom than the kids + are ready to accept Matsson’s price. I think there is a chance that Tom/Greg/Ebba will have orchestrated something that will ultimately sabotage the Matsson deal after Tom is secured as CEO. The deal will evaporate, potentially making the reverse-Viking scenario possible.
Hope everyone has fun tonight!

2023.05.28 18:00 Bumble__Bianca Should I leave my new job?
I'm 23 f. I recently left a position I held for 10 months, I was casual but was working full time hours. The hours were never going to last and unfortunately the company doesn't have room for me to come back. I left this position for a full time position in trades work. The problem is I hate what I'm doing with a passion, I've only been there for a month and want out. Not only do I feel ostracised by everyone there but in some cases as a trans woman, I simply don't feel safe. I work with multiple people who subscribe to the "Andrew Tate mindset," throwing slurs out left, right and center. Working alongside them is horrible.
I should make it clear that I have nothing against 80% of the people I work with or anyone who works in trades, however I am lucky if someone says hello during the week and it's pretty lonely.
The work itself is numbing, I don't get any enjoyment out of it, it drains me like nothing I've ever done before. Long hours, long shifts, low pay and physical work that I frankly am not built for.
My work life balance is gone, I have very little time to myself that I am not exhausted and worn out. Within a month I have felt myself quickly burnout and get excited at the prospect of moving jobs.
I want to leave, I wanna quit and I want out but I don't want to feel like I'm running away from a job. Family tells me to get over it and get used to it but honestly I feel miserable working here, something that I didn't experience in any other position. I know I don't need to enjoy my work but I feel like I shouldn't hate it the way I do?
Should I leave? Am I in the wrong for wanting to? Should I just grow up and get used to it? I don't know what to do or how to feel

2023.05.28 17:58 Glad-Protection-6372 Is it bad that I want to end my relationship with my boyfriend of 2 years?
Me (18F) and my boyfriend (18M) have been together for 2 years. We were together through high school, went to both proms together, and we were each other's first. For a few months, I have been thinking of ending the relationship. I think we aren't mature for each other, or even right. First, his home life and parents. His parents are a wreck. His home is a mess, and only ever sees cleaning in his room, but only when I'd go over there or tell him to, never on his own initiative. They have a bunch of stray cats, and I have a cat at home who now has worms because I was playing with his cats (will wash hands next time). They do not have running water and have leakage damage because his father refuses to get it fixed. Going to school with him was a hassle because some people would tell me he stinks as if it wasn't obvious. It's not as if he's oblivious to it, no matter how much fabreez or cologne he would spray, he would still stink (they smoked in his house and never cleaned the litter boxes). Second, money and a ride. We both used to ride the same school bus together, but when I got a car we decided I would just take us to school and back home. I didn't mind this at first, we were going to the same place and lived roughly 3 minutes away from each other, he was just down the road. Then the issues started to rise up. There was never any appreciation until I brought up how I don't get appreciated for it. Being together in a car every morning and every afternoon made me crave being alone because I was with him every single day. Being together this much started to agitate me. We would argue a lot more about God knows what. I'm taking college classes, I was while I was still in high school. I kept my grades up, I had a job after school and earned my money, I saved up for future expenses. He never had a job, a car, or a will to explore things for a possible career. He sat on his butt and played video games most of the time. It was either fishing, going to town with me, or playing video games because he had "nothing else to do." I get that it takes time to find what you want to do for a living, but you will never find it if you do not think about it. I play video games a lot! But I balance it out between school work and my job. He is currently waiting for his parents to still call the insurance company and see how much it will be, and has been for at least a month. Everytime we have gone out to town, I have paid for everything. Third, hygiene. I am a clean person, I vacuum, shower, and sweep when I get home. I had to tell him how to wash his face to get eye boogers out of his eyes, and he has holes in his teeth. I felt my attraction towards him drop when I told him he could clean his face with a water bottle when his house water wasn't on. I also got worms from his house, pinworms to be exact. I am now plagued with them and still in the process of getting rid of them to this day. Never had them before I went to his house and used his toilet. Fourth, health problems. He has respiratory issues because his parents smoke in the house, so whenever I'm with him he's coughing up stuff, and making this disgusting noise to bring stuff up and out of his throat.
Certain things about him (now) make me unattracted towards him, and make it hard for me to do any "romantical" action with him. I have been patient, but I have been thinking about breaking it off for a while. He knows this, and I hate hurting him by doing this waiting game. What if I leave and he suddenly gets his life together and starts doing things he could have done in the relationship? I feel selfish for this. I want to leave but can't imagine being with anyone else because he is genuinely sweet and has made it clear that he loves me. Is there any advice anyone can give me?

2023.05.28 17:56 Opening_Working_257 Is it legal to upgrade to 200A service yourself?
Hi, I live in Markham, Ontario and I am the owner and resident of a house with 100A service. I know it might be a complicated and dangerous job but I would like to know if I can legally perform the upgrade to 200A myself if I acquire all permits.
From what I know there are some main steps involved: 0. Get a permit (Is this a separate process from getting inspected?) 1. Fill an application for service upgrade with my utility company. 2. Request a disconnect on the day of the job 3. Replace wires, main panel and probably meter base. 4. Get the job inspected on the same day 5. Request service connect
I really want to know what can stop me from doing it myself. Also it would be extremely helpful if you guys have any tips, good-to-know points, etc for me. Thanks

2023.05.28 17:54 Edward_Stivenson Your Full Guide on How to Write a SWOT Analysis
| SWOT analysis is one of those tools that you'll come across in any field. For example, it's used to define a product's competitive advantage, create a strategic plan for a business, and gain insights into consumer behavior. But it's not just businesses that benefit from this technique. Personal SWOT analysis helps people plan their careers in the most optimal way possible, too. As versatile as it is, SWOT analysis is not at all complicated. That's why its adoption rate is through the roof. And that's why you should learn how to take advantage of it, whether for an assignment or not. To help you out with that, let's rely on our rich writing services experience and use it to break down in detail: - What a SWOT analysis is;
- How it's applied in business strategies and marketing efforts;
- How to use the SWOT framework for any task.
What Is SWOT Analysis, Exactly? Any SWOT analysis template contains four sections, presented in a two-by-two matrix: https://preview.redd.it/qrhx7cwhal2b1.png?width=1180&format=png&auto=webp&s=926495232daebca8ab4b3c090726452c1cf6b727 - Strengths – your inherent qualities, resources, or skills that set you apart from the rest;
- Weaknesses – whatever is or may be stopping you or the business from performing well;
- Opportunities – external factors that you can use to your advantage to become more competitive;
- Threats – external factors that may harm your performance in the short or long run.
Internal and External Factors in SWOT Analysis Each section represents a list of factors. These sections can be grouped into two broader categories: internal and external factors. Internal factors – Strengths and Weaknesses in the first row – are inherent to you or the company. However, you can also do something about them if need be. Think of your skills as a professional if you're working on a personal SWOT analysis, for example. External factors – Opportunities and Threats in the second row – aren't under your personal or the company's control. But they have an impact on you or the business, nonetheless. Once-in-a-lifetime pandemics, inflation, or industry trends are good examples here. Positive vs Negative Factors Another way to think about the SWOT matrix is by juxtaposing negative and positive factors: - Strengths and Opportunities can help you or the company achieve your goal or succeed at a project. So, they represent positive factors.
- Weaknesses and Threats can negatively impact your progress and have to be mitigated. They're negative factors.
Why is SWOT Analysis Important? Now that the question ‘What is a SWOT Analysis?’ is answered, you must have several others on your mind. So let's answer them one by one. Who Should Do a SWOT Analysis? Businesses of all sizes and in all industries can benefit from SWOT analyses. So, whether you're a prospective entrepreneur, a small business owner, or a C-level executive, this technique will be a useful arrow in your quiver. You can also benefit from conducting a personal SWOT analysis. It would be best if you did it when looking for a job or facing a major life decision. Why Should You Do a SWOT Analysis? At its core, SWOT analysis is a strategic planning technique. It's meant to help you organize all the factors. That, in turn, enables you to gain key insights into where you stand and how you can move from point A to point B. How does it help you in strategic planning, exactly? The SWOT matrix shows you: - Which strengths you should maximize and emphasize;
- Which weaknesses you should minimize and keep at bay;
- Which opportunities you can take advantage of;
- Which threats you should look out for and counter.
All of this leads to one outcome: better, more informed decision-making. Plus, SWOT analysis is notorious for challenging your assumptions as long as everyone involved is straightforward and honest in their answers. What Can SWOT Framework Be Used For? Now, let's talk about real-life practical applications of this technique. Here are three SWOT analysis examples: - Choosing the business model for a new enterprise;
- Creating a break-even analysis and a business plan;
- Analyzing the company's quarterly and annual performance.
At a personal level, you can also conduct your own SWOT analysis to: - Increase your chances of landing a job;
- Position yourself for getting a promotion;
- Understand what needs to change in your life in general.
How to Conduct a SWOT Analysis in 8 Steps SWOT analysis isn't complicated to conduct, and that's why they are so popular. Yet, it might be a wrong first impression. A good SWOT analysis can take hours and should involve multiple people in a brainstorming session. It should also be as objective as possible – which can be harder to achieve than it seems. https://preview.redd.it/3n67ytwrcl2b1.png?width=3120&format=png&auto=webp&s=408fb8426bfcd92e8062bf307fe7abe540d66a68 So, how do you use a SWOT analysis – and get a quality result for your strategic decision-making process? Here's your step-by-step SWOT analysis example that you can use as a guide. 1. Determine Your Goal Starting brainstorming without a goal means getting into the SWOT analysis blind. And your SWOT matrix will be useless – or misleading – in the long run. For example, depending on your goal, the same factor can be a key strength or an irrelevant note. For example, if you aim to reach the 18-25 demographic in your marketing campaign, your active presence on TikTok will be a great asset. But if you need to find a way to attract more quality candidates in the hiring process, the TikTok presence will only help you a little. So, zero in on what you want to achieve with this SWOT analysis. This can be a decision you or the company have to make – for example, whether to launch a certain product line. Your goal can also be to solve a certain problem or to create/reassess your strategy. 2. Do Your Research Your research wouldn't be complete if you googled ‘What is a SWOT analysis?’ You'll need a lot of data during your brainstorming session. If you have it, you'll avoid guessing your company's or your own strengths or external threats related to your goal. What Data to Look For Your research should consist of two parts: - Internal research. You'll need every piece of information on your or the company's performance to pinpoint the internal factors in SWOT analysis. That can include financial, sales, marketing, and other reports with key metrics.
- External research. Gather the data on your competitors, the market, the company's position and market share, and the industry as a whole. This data will be the basis for assessing your opportunities and threats.
There's one footnote, though. Depending on the goal, you'll need different data sets. So, focus on relevant data. 3. Pinpoint Your or Your Organization's Strengths Now, it's time for the brainstorming session. If you're doing a SWOT analysis for a business, go with it: bring the right people to the table, virtual or not. It'll help you get a more objective, realistic, and complete matrix. Start with the internal factors, namely your internal strengths: they're always easier to home in on. Need a SWOT analysis example of a company's strengths? Here are five of them: - Outstanding customer service with a high satisfaction rate;
- Strong financial performance;
- The first-mover advantage;
- Positive brand attributes;
- Strong technical expertise in the field.
5 Questions to Ask Here are five questions to kick off your brainstorming and help you discover your company's strengths – or your own: - What do you or the company do well?
- What are your strongest assets?
- Is there something only you or the company do?
- What is your competitive edge?
- What do customers appreciate about the company?
4. Zero in on Your or Your Company's Weaknesses Now, it's time to move on to a more difficult part of assessing your internal factors: your weaknesses. Take a hard look at your or the business's performance and define what could be going better. Don't try to embellish the truth here! Keep in mind: there are some weaknesses that you can eliminate and some others that you can only mitigate. Looking for weaknesses SWOT analysis examples for students who run their businesses? Here are five of them: - Poor brand recognition among the target audience;
- Suboptimal employee productivity;
- Limited resources, human or otherwise;
- Lack of intellectual property for key technologies;
- Long delivery times.
5 Questions to Ask To explore your personal or business weaknesses, ask the following five questions: - What do your competitors beat you at?
- What do customers complain about?
- What is holding back your or the company's success?
- What resources do you or the company lack?
- What are the gaps in your internal business processes?
5. Identify External Opportunities Before you can exploit opportunities, you need to identify them in your SWOT analysis – and determine which ones are worth using, too. For that, you'll need to turn to the external environment research you've done. Then, look at that data and pinpoint which trends or events you could take advantage of. Need a SWOT analysis example or two here? Take a look at these three business opportunities: - New markets emerging within the industry;
- New advertising channels rising to prominence;
- Particular customer needs that remain underserved.
4 Questions to Ask If you don't know how to start zeroing in on opportunities, start with these four questions: - Are there ways to gain useful resources you don't have or have little of?
- Are there any technological advancements that can help you mitigate your weaknesses?
- Are there any new or overlooked opportunities that you can exploit?
- How can the current economy or market trends be of use to you?
6. Home in on Potential Threats Time to move on to the final part of a standard SWOT analysis: threats. These external trends and events can get in your way – or already are. If you're working on a personal SWOT analysis, threats can include: - High competition for the job you're after;
- Potential layoffs due to a financial crisis.
If you're conducting one for a large company or a small business, negative external factors can include: - New emerging competitors, direct or indirect;
- New regulations that can entail considerable additional costs for the business;
- Unfavorable investment climate.
3 Questions to Ask If you need a push in the right direction, here are three questions to help you zero in on the threats: - Who are your competitors, and what is their market position?
- What is the state of the economy, industry, and market? Are they in decline?
- Are there any new regulations that can harm the business?
7. Review Your SWOT Analysis Matrix Any college essay writer will tell you: having a good SWOT analysis right after brainstorming is impossible. You need to review every factor you've written down and edit the list. Leave only the elements that truly matter – and make them more specific if required. 3 Things to Pay Attention to There are some common caveats that you can overlook if you need to be more careful during this step. Here are three of them to avoid: - Factors that aren't specific enough – clarify or cross them out;
- Factors that aren't evidence-based – find proof or get rid of them;
- Factors that are over- or underestimated – have a fresh pair of eyes to look at the list.
8. Decide on the Solution Once you've finished filling out and editing your SWOT analysis template, your work is only beginning. Now, you need to take your SWOT matrix and use your findings to find the solution to your key issue. 4 Questions to Pose Here are four questions to guide you in your solution-seeking: - How can you maximize your strengths? Which ones should be the top priority to boost?
- How can you mitigate or eliminate your weaknesses? Which ones should be taken care of first?
- Which opportunities should you take advantage of? Which ones will pay off the most?
- Which threats can do the most harm? How can you limit their impact?

2023.05.28 17:54 Ok_Masterpiece5050 What to do with ~40K that I may need to access within a year.
What to do with large sum of money.
Basically I’m moving to the state above me working for the same company for a promotion. I currently own a home where I live and am able to pay for everything for my wife dog and cat on just my income. Owe 240,000 more on the house at 2.25% and im 22 going on 23. This promotion will probably net me anywhere from 3-10k more a year depending on bonuses. I made 70K last year but had to work pretty hard for it and I assume the salary of this position will be at least 70K if not more with quarterly bonuses of a few thousand dollars. It’s the job I want and I know it’s probably stupid to leave my house I own at such a damn good interest rate but this promotion takes me from a pest control technician to a operations manager and it’s a step closer to district manager and future promotions and way more money then I could ever make as a technician. So assuming I get the job my wife and is have a child on the way and she will not be willing to get a job for a few months after having the baby (rightfully so) so I doubt I’ll be able to move directly into a house from this house and I’m pretty confident I’m going to have to just rent for a while. I’ve looked at prices and I also personally think interest rates should start dropping (and maybe house prices although I know I can’t time It) soon. I don’t think there is anyway it’s going to be a house to house move so now that you all have all the context. I bought my house for 250,000 assuming I sell I’ll have paid a little over 10K off principal and my realtor and every other resource are pretty confident I can sell for at least 300,000K I figure when all is said and done I should have ~40K lump sum of cash and if we rent for a year or so to help build a larger down payment and emergency fund I don’t want that much money just sitting in my checking account. What do I do with it to make me money in the mean time?

2023.05.28 17:50 EcstaticOnion5278 Anybody successfully move from Toronto to Seattle?
My SO recently received a job offer to move from Toronto to Seattle.
Currently, she is on a contractor role with the company making CAD $105/hour, which roughly translates to CAD 120K per year after tax. The new role in Seattle will be a full time employee. I make $80K + 10% bonus in a full time role and will need to find a new job in Seattle.
How much do we need to make roughly to live the same lifestyle? In terms of neighbourhoods, after doing some preliminary research, we were thinking of either Roosevelt or Capital Hill but am noticing that even a 1Bedroom is going for around ~ $3k. Are there other neighbourhoods where we can be car-free and still be accessible to the city via public transit.

2023.05.28 17:49 Maximum-Mall-4435 What should I do with my current skills?
Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well
Little bit of background: 26 years old with a bachelors in history, looking to potentially establish a career in supply chain/logistics.
I currently work retail, managing a store section (have managed 3 different sections) and part of my duties are ordering product, merchandising, product management, storage, sales tracking and analysis to tweak what my orders will be according to sales data.
I honestly love that aspect of the job, however this job is somewhat a dead end, and I want to pivot into something similar with a more defined career path and more room for advancement, but am unsure how to do it, or if I’m even qualified without more skills or education. Unfortunately my company does not have an internal pathway to logistics or supply chain management.
My current plan is to become proficient at excel and explore classes at my local community college that can boost my skills. I understand there’s a fair amount of tech involved as well in this field, and I have zero tech skills, so I’d probably need to boost those up as well.
I’m open to returning to school if needed; generally looking for advice from non-traditional folks and their pathways, or other any other advice available.
I don’t expect a 80k a year job right out of the gate, and am fine with job hopping or working my way up, just seeing what I should do with my current experience.
Thanks again

2023.05.28 17:49 ThrowRA67373 My (25M) girlfriend (25F) doesn’t support my dreams and halts my pursuit of them
We’ve been dating for three years now, living alone together for around 6 months.
I’ve always told her about my filmmaking and creative dreams and she’s always shown some degree of support. However I have this passion project that I’ve been wanting to get off the ground for about 8 years that to put it vaguely would be a web series involving a video game, and I’ve always imagined that this project would give me the experience I need to eventually start making actual films. It’s a project that I am deeply passionate about and have already put a metric ton of work into over the years through scripting, character work, and all sorts of other written planning, I’ve also contacted voice actors in the past but never had the means to make it happen until now. Me and my girlfriend are in a very steady place financially with two very secure jobs, we weren’t in this place this time last year which is why I would give in to her shutting down my ideas, because we couldn’t spare money or time.
When I bring up wanting to actually start working on my project and buying some of the equipment I need, she either becomes quiet, very clearly not saying how she feels, or she just flat out goes off about how she thinks it would be a bad decision money-wise and because she knows it will take personal time away from us. This is a worry of hers that I have always tried to validate because I am aware that working our regular day jobs on top of working on this would take our time away from each other, but I always try to reassure her and tell her that it would only be temporary and I will always make time for her (also because this is a web series all of the work would be remote so I would be working on it while we do the things we already do like sit on the couch and put something on the tv, most of the time only half paying attention to it). I want to put in the hard work on my show so that one day I can drop my regular day job when it’s financially viable, and I would be happier doing what I want to do in life. Also we work at the same job with the same hours so we quite literally are always together, or at least in the same building.
Well last night she finally told me how she actually feels, that she thinks my show idea isn’t original because it’s based off of an existing thing and she thinks I should just focus on making a movie, “something that would be actually yours”. I wasn’t surprised because I could always tell that she doesn’t really get it, and in my mind finds it to be stupid. I’ve compared my show idea to the web series “Red vs Blue” to her to try to get her to understand it a little better, and explained to her how the guys that made it built a whole company from it, she told me last night that she thinks that show is unoriginal too and “would have before we met if she knew about it”. I tried and have always tried to tell her that this is what I want to do and that it would be a stepping stone into doing movies, she still just doesn’t understand. It doesn’t feel good to have the one person I want support from not understand or support my dreams.
What do I tell my girlfriend to get her to understand that this is what I really want to do, and that I just want to feel her unconditional support in my dreams?
tl;dr, My girlfriend thinks my web show idea is unoriginal and doesn’t support my pursuit of it because it would take time away from each other, even though I reassure her that it would only be temporary until it’s viable to drop my day job and do it full time and eventually work my way into doing films.

2023.05.28 17:49 Bbanana5 Feeling lost
TRIGGER WARNING: I’ve been with my husband for 4 years now. Since the beginning of our relationship he’s lied to me about him being ready to commit to me and has kept past women around, hide his inappropriate thoughts and interactions with women. At times the women have been around me and tried to befriend me. One of the women told me two days before we were married that if she wanted to fuck my husband she could do it now or whenever she wants. I found out two months in that he emotionally and physically cheated on me numerous times, when i felt like i was ready to leave him i found out i was pregnant. Fast forward i also found out he had an alcohol addiction. Throughout the relationship he kept promising to change and improve, nothing has ever been consistent. He was He would always go back to how he was and told me he wanted to live his life the way he wanted, he always got angry or annoyed when i would cry, express my emotions and would leave our home, confide in women about our problems or he would leave to another room and sleep, he was very verbally abusive to me during both pregnancies and i left to live with my parents. ive lost weight developed an eating disorder and have been diagnosed with three different mental illnesses and three different health conditions. He lost his job last year due to drinking drunk with our first born child he’s still been drinking and clubbing and recently he separated from me and told me he never loved me, that he used me for his benefit, that i burden myself with other peoples problems then cry about it, he’s cursed me out and put me down constantly. He told me he refuses to come to my parents home to see them because he hates my parents for offering him a position at a company they used to work for and he doesn’t want to deal with my bullshit. Recently he came back again (we have separated atleast 30-40 times since we dated) and he told me he was sorry and was ready to change and be with me. He and i began to get sexual again and two days in he told me he was never gonna have sex with me again because i accidently forgot a pill and took a plan b. I found out yesterday he got back on social media and followed 120 women he went to hs with and he refuses to stop talking to them and liking their posts regardless of him telling me he was staying away from women due to his lack of control and that he doesn’t know how not to have inappropriate friendships. I left him and im repulsed by him now and want nothing to do with him because i finally see the reality of how things have always been but i still feel lost.
*would like to add that one of the reasons i convinced myself to stay was i moved across the country and spent all my savings at the time to be with him and moved to an isolated area and felt i only had him because i was three time zones away from any friends or family and i couldn’t find a job while i was living there
