Bowflex c6 and peloton app

Hello fellow CISSP members, I'm looking to try and understand the best study plan approach. I understand that having a memorization methodology is not the best approach. It's more of really synthesizing the information and apply it to real world scenarios. Is that correct?
I'm in my 3rd week? Of studying for the CISSP exam. I'm just overwhelmed 29th the amount of concepts, terms, orders of processes, frameworks, laws, regulations, etc. I just want to ensure that I'm taking the right approach. What are your guys's thoughts? There's just so much so I'm trying to dissect through what is needed versus what it's not. Or having the right mindset, so I'm not going down a rabbithole that's not needed.

• Currently have the OSG 9th edition (Haven't read yet super dry) May use this to brush up on specifics I find myself weak on once I get through all 8 domains?
• Destination Certification Book (Currently reading)
• I'm watching the Mindmap videos after reading the corresponding domain I finished reading.
• Then, I'm watching Peters Exam Cram for corresponding domains. Bought Learnzapp app for quizzes.

I'm currently on Domain 3, and I've been taking notes, but I feel like it's counterintuitive due to the fact that there's so much I'm like rewriting a new book.
I've been studying for a couple of hours every day. And weekends 4-5 hours daily Just want to make sure I'm taking the right approach. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! I'm looking at an August date for the exam.

So I'm a bit new to this app, And a couple of friends recommended using it,
And I've been bothered for quite a while now, especially considering the treatment I undergo in this household.
So my earliest memory of my childhood is that my parents usually "Disciplined" us through extensive means, examples of this were:
-When I made a mistake they would severely scold me, made me kneels because they heard something wrong or punish me for even the smallest things.
-When we were outside past 6 they would lock us out of the house.
-When either me or my older sibling made a mistake they would lock us in our rooms and sometimes starve us.
-I got beat up for not being able to bring a book home (Even though my things were already too heavy)
I only had an idea we were being ✌️Abused✌️ when my friend in my previous school saw the reason why I wore jackets a lot, And that was the first time I broke down because I became aware I was hurt.
Even in a nearly age I am aware that I am an over achiever , My researches were recognized by the school several times and I wasn't lacking in the Musical, Artistic or Academic sides either, my aim was to make my parents proud of me, But instead they called me prideful and in my 9 years of awarded education, even though I became a scholar or top of my grade or class they never congratulated me nor recognized my hard work, I never boasted about it.
Eventually, I didn't even considered my awards as being received genuinely anymore. All I wanted was to receive the word "Congratulations", But to translate what they said to me, they said - I am asking for too much-.
I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I never really created any problems and I tend to stick away from drama.
But going back, Me and my parents would fight a lot, mostly because I am very vocal about not liking the way they do things. Like them throwing things when I asked for something as simple as sugar, and my mother taking a video of me while I was half naked while having a mental breaking down because I couldn't stand the pressure they were weighing on me, and them even calling me the devil's child.
And 2 years ago they had me go here at our grandparents place since they worried that since my grandmother's passing, grandfather would be left alone without someone supporting him.
They made me go instead of any of my siblings, and sure I agreed, but all that awaited me was my aunt deliberately fighting and shouting at me (Even while I was in the middle of my online classes), me going home from exams seeing my things I worked hard for destroyed, and my aunt's family having me pay for their "Water Bill" (I was a minor -still am- btw, and I actually have a job),
My parents brought this up, But what put me off was that I felt like my family only recognized that the one who was hurt in this was my mother (for context we were far away from my parents, Me and my Grandfather were the only one's in the house) while setting aside what I went through.
The family constantly fights over about the hierarchy and house, and I am becoming the middle man in all of this, But everyone just absolutely disregards what I feel, especially when I felt like they didn't treat me as a family.
So eventually I had enough, I lash out a lot about that I can't take them anymore and they victimize themselves a lot, that whenever I bring up the topic they blame me, saying that I am the "Problem".
To other people they are "Good Parents" But to us and my siblings we have a hard time considering them as parent figures, but instead consider them as Legal Guardians who have to fulfill their obligations as parents.
I've tried opening up a lot of times about myself to them but they would usually shut me up (The things I'd bring up about is just usually about History, scientific or arts facts.)
I've told my friends about my situation and they agree, They could even see that I hesitate to hurt anyone or anything because I am afraid that I would become like my family, Raising their hands when things do not go their way.
Now I am blaming myself thinking if I am either the problem here or not, because to other people, I am the "rebellious teen" and here in our country disagreeing with your parents ( Even if it is going through abuse), You are in the wrong, Because you are the child.
I am aware I have a lot of short comings and I admit I make a lot of mistakes but even these my parents are holding it against me.
I feel like they are dragging me back to my past and not seeing that I am growing, Growing not in the way they want me to shape in their own criteria but me wanting to grow as my own person.
Am I the problem here? Am I selfish? I want to know what else I should do.
I feel helpless, I feel like I'm slowly being numbed because being here feels suffocating.

I am gay, And have tried to open up about it, But I got a heart wretching answer that I know I'll never be accepted, So I never brought up the topic again and very much hesitate opening about it.

This issue has come up multiple times for me on the PlayStation app. I try to find a game that I know is there, but I can not find it. Wolfenstein: Alt History Collection, as an example. I can find the game and add it to my cart if I navigate to the mobile version using the browser on my phone. The item is then in my cart when I return to the app. So, with the game already in my cart, I actually search for it again on the app, but it is not available there. Why the heck is the PlayStation app acting up?! This occurs frequently. Any suggestions? Thanx.

I'm a fan of the apple TV show Silo. Basic premise is 10,000 people live in an underground silo and heve done so for at least 140 years. They don't know why or who built the silo because all their records and history were destroyed 140 years ago in a rebellion. They can go outside but anyone who does dies within minutes. They have a camera feed from the surface that shows desolate wasteland. They don't know what stars are but they can seem them in the feed. I won't post the image because of the rules but how could I figure out where a picture of the night sky was taken? Are there any apps or is anyone willing to take a look and help me out? If you know the answer based on th books no spoilers please. I just want to know based on the image if it's possible to pinpoint a location.

what I'm trying to do is expand additional inputs for quartet via adat.
I've got my quartet and logic's sample rate set to 44.1khz.
ada8200's 'adat out' goes into quartet's 'optical in 1' using a single optical cable.

the problem is, there's the sync switch in the back panel of ada8200.
it has four options.

1. ada8200 as master / 44.1khz
2. ada8200 as master / 48.0khz
3. ada8200 as slave / adat in
4. ada8200 as slave / wc(word clock) in

from what I've searched on the internet and manual,
I believe ada8200 needs to be set as 'slave / adat in' for my case (since quartet is the master).
but when I set it that way, ada8200 receives audio from my synths (I can tell by 'SIG' LED blinking on ada8200's front panel) but quartet doesn't receive audio from ada8200.
Thus, no sound. The adat input level meters in Apogee's Maestro 2 app are silent.
trying 'slave / wc in' gave me same results.

On the other hand, when I set ada8200 as maste44.1khz,
quartet receives audio successfully but there's this constant jitter or bit-crushy noise mixed within.
Which I think is generated from word clock signal.
So I looked for a way to set quartet as slave, but haven't got any results.
Maestro 2 indicates that quartet's clock source is set to Internal, but there isn't any option to change it.

Anything I'm missing here?
I couldn't try connecting quartet's 'wc out' to ada8200's 'wc in' because I don't have a BNC cable at the moment.
But I've read adat also transfers word clock signal, so there's no need to have wc in/out connected if adat in/out is connected.
Having wc in/out connected might be the obvious answer, but any advice would be appreciated before I go out and grab myself a BNC cable.

Right now I have my subscriptions, internet, gym, rent, food, and transportation expenses in my budget. I am going through the last few months of my credit card expenses. Lets say I want to apply for an apartment or try something out that isn't on the list of things I expense.
Is their a good way to add it into my budget for the month? I know you can use mint or some type of budgeting app but how do I budget for those one off things?

Bought a Sportage Hybrid this weekend and I love it. However, it concerns me a little bit that you cannot use special characters in your Kia Access/Connect account password. I would hate for someone to have the app that opens/starts their car compromised due to a weak password!

I am learning Geohashes and proximity searches - finding things that are nearby within a certain radius.
Need some help. I was doing some capacity calculations for a hypothetical use case for "makemytrip" having 500k hotels on the platform.
Per my calculations, you just need 16 MB for 500k hotels4 bytes (id) + 8 bytes (geohash) + 8 bytes (latitude) + 8 bytes (longitude) + 4 bytes (hotel_id) = 32 bytes per row32 bytes/row * 500,000 rows = 16,000,000 bytes = 16 MB (approximately)
Multiply it by 10, you still only need 160MB
If I had to design a service responsible for returning the nearby entities, I will load this data up in RAM instead of quering db everytime.
Anyone here who has worked on proximity search using geospatial data at their work who can vet this? Did you end up with such huge data that storing in ram was out of question ? I know google maps is an exception here - but I feel storing this in ram should work fine for services like food/cabs/hotels aggregator apps should be able to load the data up in ram

This is weird. I told my friends about it, they said I was weird and emotionally immature so I can't talk about this to them.
I cried a lot last year. I mean, every single day. And I can confidently say that 99% of the times I cried was because of my mother, and one of the biggest issues she had with me was that I was too sensitive and I cried too much.
So this year, I decided to stop crying. And I've been going through with it. The last time I cried was December 31st 2022 at ~1:47pm. To be honest, I was so proud of myself. Every time I felt the urge to cry I would just stop the tears from falling and tell myself to shut up.
It's not like I wouldn't let myself feel bad. I did occasionally take around 5-10 minutes to just sit and think and feel bad, but I never let the tears fall. I use one of those apps that counts the days for you, and I love looking at the counter.
I know everyone always says how good it is to cry and let the emotions out and not bottle them up but I just don't agree. Crying makes me feel horrible. And I'm glad that I don't do it anymore.

Another repost to try again! Why? Because although it LOOKS like someone fulfilled my wishlist and sent litter for my furbaby, nothing ever actually arrived.
I was able to find a place willing to cut me a deal to get tires for my car, but since I dropped it off, l've still been relying on public transport. A couple things have come up though and I'm in need of about $100 to cover everything. Paying to get where I need to so I can pick my car back up, getting a new ID card, and then a quick stop to get some cat litter for my little furbaby. I keep running into the same issue a few times now. On the phone and over voice message we seem compatible and have great conversation. She actually puts effort into the convo, is actually doing the majority of the talking and seems confident. Then we meet up in real life and she barely says a word, its extremely awkward, she seems like she'd rather be somewhere else to the max, seems more concerned about things happening around her instead of our conversation, shes boring as hell and theres no connection.
I had one of these again last night. We literally walked for almost a kilometer without either of us saying anything an hour and a half into the date, after I had done extreme heavy lifting of the convo beforehand. When a turn came in the road I said "I'm going to call it a night. It was nice meeting you. Have a good night". Then they react the same "It was nice meeting you, have a good night too".
99% of the time I will never hear a word from them again. The one last night messaged me right after i left and said that sorry she was a boring date and she was nervous.
